[Closed] Chris King Devolution Crown Race

I have just bought a frame on eBay that comes with a Chris King tapered headset and I want to use my old straight 1 1/8 steerer forks in it. Is the Devolution crown race all I need (similar to the Cane Creek reducers I run on my other bikes) or is there more to it with Chris King?

It now looks like they want to pull out of the deal after I have paid. Can anything dodgy happen from a PayPal refund via eBay?
