Phil wood grease tubes seem hard to come by for the grease gun. So what are people using? Evans do a speedplay grease that would fit.

superlube - synthetic grease thats totally water resistant. Into my 3rd year of it on the bikes (maybe 4th) and the CK bottom brackets are running like new (they get grease fished every 3 to 6 months depending on the bike).

I've been using Pace RC7, but it isn't cheap and you waste a lot of it.

Are they cartridges? Or do you need to scoop it out if the tub and squish it in the gun? I'm using the Phil Wood gun. The grease has kept the oldest one going for I guess 8yrs or so
