Any chance of a guided ride next Sunday morning (19th Feb); I'm staying with my brother in Blaydon and have only got a couple of hours to spare. Early is better than late.
I've only ever ridden the built trails there but there must be more; I havn't really got the time to head to Thrunton/Simonside - which used to be my old stomping ground.

That's my little loop round Chopwell at the moment. Quite a few pockets of frozen muddy bog when I did it on Friday.
Some kind trail fairies have fixed the worst bits of the Powerline trail too, which is nice 😀
