It's also a proven performance aid (in mice):

'Mice fed for 15 days with epicatechin (present in dark chocolate) had improved exercise performance and observable changes to their muscle composition.'

It found those who ate chocolate [b]a few times a week[/b] were, on average, slimmer than those who ate it occasionally.

Did it find that those eating chocolate every day were massively fat?
