Did my first (road) ride in Bibs at the weekend. Legs a bit cold, but "man parts" freezing. Help!
The wife has okayed a purchase for warmth reasons, yay. So what should I get? Needs to be wind proof somehow and for the winter. I am thinking
1. Gore wind-stopper bibs or
2. Wind-stopper trousers over my cold bibs
Any tips? BTW The bibs are "dhb Vaeon Roubaix", it was about 3 degrees and yes I am a lightweight.

Gore Wind-stopper (Oxygen) for me. One layer usually does the trick.
I use the dhb bibs and if its gets really cold I put on some aldi 'crane' compression tights underneath. nice and toasty
off road I'd get some windstopper shorts or 3/4's to go over the top.
I'd also do this on road but I'm shameless.

I went for these in the end:
Lovely and warm.
