Chillitech camera's how to contact them

So on the 8th of March i ordered a new helmet and bar mount for my bullet cam from ChilliTech

 

Since then ive not heard anything from them, on the 14th of March i tried calling them on the number on their website which took me to a recorded message telling me to contact them via email or via Facebook messenger 

 

So i sent them an email asking if my items had been shipped yet, ive had no reply and i guess they are busy with orders etc.. but its been 10 days since placing my order and ive heard nothing so decided to send them a message via Facebook messenger to see if that has any luck

Just before sending that message i noticed i had messaged them before when i originally ordered my bullet cam and spare battery in 2021 and they didnt reply to that message ethier and the camera and battery finally turned up 4 days later

 

So has anyone had any luck in getting in contact with them to find out whats going on with their order?

I sent a Facebook message to them a few years ago about a dead battery, they replied quickly and sent a new one for free

I had email contact with them recently, it wasn't instant response but they did reply and were helpful

Thanks for the replies

So they finally got back to me yesterday via messenger to say that the handlebar mount was out of stock and that they came in stock today and will be with me in 1-2 days
