I am trying to stockpile some spares, want XT cassettes and deore or sram 951 chains, also a spare shimano bb
where is cheapest - woolly hat shop?

I usually look at wooly hat and merlin as my first port of call for cassettes. Merlins cassette/chain deals are worth a squirt if both items are on your list.

10 speed XT cassettes will likely mean 9 speed gets cheaper.
