Cheaper than £120 at merlin?

Merlin seems to be consistently less than trade so I'd be suprised if you can get it cheaper elsewhere.

I bought XT stuff for single ring set up from CRC for about £110. Just bought it all separately.

SLX + Mech £30 Merlin
SLX 676 Front Mech £20 Merlin
Deore Double 615 £50 Rible
Deore shifters £25 CRC

spend more on the shifters, if you can.

Talking to the guy at our LBS, Merlin are punting out Shimano group sets for about the same price as he can buy them off Shimano. So I doubt you'll find cheaper.

Just done this and Merlin was the cheapest for the particular flavour of 10spd I wanted [shimano]
