Any recommendations after spilling it all over the garage this morning?

I've happily used Halford Citroen LMH mineral oil, though it has been suggested it a lot thicker than shimano stuff, which also has "extra ingredients" for longevity of the seals.

PS: Obviously if your brake are under warranty, using anything but the shimano stuff, is asking for trouble (warranty claim wise)

PPS: There also an argument that you use so little fluid, that using the shimano stuff is hardly expensive.

This, just buy some more. After owning some old minis (that needed quite a bit of attention) I bought a 500ml bottle of LHS fluid when I moved the Shimano brakes expecting the ame sort of hassles and issues, and it was pretty cheap. I never used it after filling and bleeding my Shimano brakes once with proper Shimano fluid; and then never ever touching them ever ever again.
