Looking for a new stem and seatpost. Merlin have both at £57.59 (each) - is there anywhere cheaper at the moment?

Thanks in advance.

Doubt it, quick google search says a few quid cheaper. Worth every penny I thinks, my last 4 bikes have all been Thomsoned. Best put there IMO IME WTF OMG etc and so forth.

I've got Thompson at both ends of my xc bike. Why? Because.

Having said that, Hope's finishing kit is very pretty these days.

Thomson cnc work is in a different league to Hopes. Nothing wrong with Hope, I love their kit, but the machining on Thomson stuff is excellent.

I can and do use both Thomson and Hope and actually prefer Hope stuff. Its just as good quality, a little cheaper and i prefer the seat clamp on the Hope seat post.

Thomson is so stiff it's unreal. I wish I never sold the old EC90 🙁
Looks good though 🙂

www.probikeshop.fr

shipping is a bit steep for smaller orders (flat rate of 8Eu be it a stem or a frame), but they often have voucher codes going too which get 10-15% off.

Also got a big sale on at the mo so might have other stuff you want/
