I'm happy with my current bib-shorts and 3/4's but need some full length tights for when it gets really cold.

I'd rather not pay heaps for unpadded bibs, can't I just get away with some cheap bib-less ones and continue wearing my Assos shorts underneath?

Lusso Roubaix. Wonderful and good value. They are unpadded - I wear a pair of thin padded liner shorts underneath.

Worn mine for the last 2 years and apart from some bobbling around the are area they are as good as new!
