What are out there that are cheapish (sub £200), light, strong, suitable to take up to 100psi 32cc tyres?

I'm in the same boat as you Rob and struggling myself.
I reckon if you could stretch to 230 then Open Pros on Pro 2 Evo is the way to go.
You can run then disc or rim that way.
Merlin or Westbrook cycles

stans ironcross on superstar are 220 quid and 1610g the pair

1693g the pair according to Westbrook cycles.
I'm pretty sure Iron cross rims shouldn't be inflated to 100 psi.
At least weighing 18 stone I'll be alright on Mavics.
