Any recommends for a decent cheap hose cutter?

I want it to cut a reverb stealth hose after feeding it through the frame.
It'll be easier using a tool rather than bending the hose to the bench and risk having to spend ages bleeding the reverb.

Side cutters-work perfectly well on Reverb hoses & you've probably already got a set.

Dremel. (provided you already have one). Clamp it in a vice. Nice clean cut.
