Anyone know who does the cheapest Fox Shock service? Or anyone local to Stafford who does them? Tried BETD (Goldtec)but they don't do them anymore.

Cheapest RP23 service = buy a seal kit, do it yourself. See below, it couldn't be simpler.
If you mean air can service, just the air seals as above, Full service as in damper strip, rebuild fresh seals, oil and gas 😉 😀
i can recommend Loco Tuning (who appears to be winking at you). He did my RP23 DRCV at a much more reasonable price than anyone else I could find.
