Has anyone bought and used them? Something like this.

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/COMPLETE-CYCLING-LONG-JERSEY-PANTS-2010-CERVELO-/120616626143?pt=UK_Cycling_Clothing&hash=item1c154fa7df

They are so cheap im would just buy and see for myself, but i guess i should see other people experiances.

Cheers

i would be carefull. Kit like that comes in very small sizes and is possibly only a licra skin designed to go over you normal kit when racing.

Beware, ask for some more pictures IMO.

I bought some bargain 'team' bibs from a uk seller that shifts a lot of looky-likey roadie team kit.
Pluses:
-they look fine from a distance
-fit me very well (ordered my ususal shorts size) and done a couple of looong rides in them with no ass tatter-age.
-lycra material itself seems robust enough and stretches well.

minuses:
-print quality doesn't seem quite up to scratch
-pad is a bit basic (blue coolmax one like in aldi shorts)
-'mesh' straps are made of rather hot and thick material
-and crucially the waist is very high: impossible to go for a wee without completely removing shoulder straps.

so they work but are flawed in some design aspects? I have some endura 3/4 lengths like that which are annoying

I have 3 sets of varying designs, Merida, Livestrong and Cervelo and the only problem I find is they are very tight around the arms.

Pads as mentioned are a little basic but are still functional and after 50 rides still seem OK.

Bid shorts have been great, just roll the leg up to pee!!!!!!

just roll the leg up to pee!!!!!!

combination of 'power thigh' and 'cycling winkie' means this is rarely and option for me!
