Trying to eke out some more comfort from my commuter (Specialized Allez with stock alloy seatpost).
Not fussed about weight, but part of me wonders if a heavy ~300g carbon post is going to be just as stiff as a cheap aluminium post?
Brand-X do one for £30 which seems to get some positive reviews, and one of the german sites is selling off some Cube posts between £50 and £70.
Anyone have any experience with either?
Have decided I'm not going down the chinese carbon route, if only because I hate paying Royal Mail a 'handling charge' every time something arrives from overseas...

Goddammit, I figured my thread was too boring for anyone to respond to just went ahead and ordered the Brand-X. Both of the above look like much better options!
