Has anyone used them before? Ordered some pedals and no confirmation that they have been posted so I have tried emailing and ringing over the last few days without success!

Maybe someone's idea of "quick" is different to your's. If they have to write down what should be normal customer service then it may start to raise questions about how they operate. Maybe.
