It looks like my next project (construction work) may mean I can do some of my commuting by bike.
Looking at Wiggle they have the 2010 Charge Tap for what looks like a bargain price but I have no experience of them or the Nexus gear hub they use.
Anyone got one and have good or bad comments?
At the moment I have an older Kona Paddy Wagon for using on a turbo trainer and for short local rides but I'll be looking at up to 15 miles each way and reckon doing this 2 or 3 times a week would reduce me to gears.

There is a little drag on the Nexus, enough to annoy you.

Nice bikes. Well made. Weather resistant nexus 8sp. Good bike if it's not too hilly.
Bad
Back end feels very heavy. Compact frame so toe overlap can occur with big feet. Bottom gear not great if it's pretty steep where you live.
