I have a plug1 ss, I would like to fit a rear mech, so a 1x9/10, new wheel needed 11-25 cass xt mech and shifter, but has anyone found a mech hanger which is suitable? Or do I have to order a plug3 frame....thanks

Looks SS specific to me? Is there somewhere to even bolt a hanger?

Nowhere to bolt a hanger no, thought a hanger could possibly
fit in the outside of the frame on the skewer

if it's horizontal dropouts this will probably work;

Check the width of the rear drop outs. I think they are 120mm (track). A MTB hub won't fit, 135mm. Most road bikes are, or were 130mm.

Might be worth exploring an internal gear hub. I think Charge have put a Sturmey Archer on some of the Plug range frames.
