I think I've asked this before, so apologies if I have...
I've been a Charge Spoon saddle fan for a few years on my mtb, but all my other bikes have had Flites for 15 years or more, including my road bike. But I think I'm just getting a bit old and soft - Flite isn't quite as comfy as it used to be, so I'm thinking about switching to a Charge Knife. Love the look and assume it will be like a slightly less padded Spoon - anyone have experience?
I have a Knife and a Spoon (on different bikes), and my untrained cheeks can't tell the difference. It is a bit lighter than the Spoon and has less padding, but if you find the shape of the Spoon okay, I'm sure you will be fine. The base of mine has starting creaking a bit recently though (nothing to do with post-Christmas food, honestly).
Got both and the knife is appreciably harder. Having ridden on the knife a fair bit, getting back onto the spoon feels like riding a cushion! Both are a comfortable shape for me though.
