I know its been "sanitised" and smoothed over. I presume its wearing in a bit now, so how's it keeping up?
Has the "upgrade" made it a do-able climb, or is all the gravel turning to energy-sapping sludge?

You can climb it hard though.Good climb.not bad coming down either.

We looked at it out of the window of the pub in Edale. Had another pint and got the train. Joy of middle-aged biking.
