DeFeet do Woolie Boolies and Wool-e-aters in long cuff now. Bad for the bike, great for everything else.

If you've got this far into the summer with long socks it's probably worth sticking with them until next year

Make sure the sock is long enough to slide* neatly inside the trouser or you ability to travel far before being mocked will be restricted.

* this is normally achieved by having long enough trousers & shouldn't normally be dependant on sock length

how about folding a long sock over to make it a short sock? can be used for fine tuning length before splashing out on 10 pairs

be careful though, too long & your can get interference with the male/female coupling joint
