[Closed] Changing Mavic Crossmax SX Rear 135 x 12 to 142 x 12. Help needed.

Hello.

Will shortly be needing to change the rear hub on my Crossmax SX to 142 x 12. It is currently 135 x 12.

What kit do I need and can I do it myself without any special tools. I have the tool that came with the wheels.

Help much appreciated.
