Is it just a case of changing over the end caps

Mine need a new hub axle as it was an older hub. Best way to check is take the end cap off and see if the axle fits, it should slide through easily.

I think all the 350s will have a 12mm axle though? Reasonably sure it was launched after DT moved away from those older axles. Old 240s will often have them- the hubs are so reliable that loads that pre-date the newer "standards" are still in use.

Apparently it was all standardised a couple of years ago. It should be just changing ebd caps like hope now.

For most recent 350 hubs if you're running Shimano then you'll need Madison code HBDT2193C, If you're running SRAM XD then you'll need HBDTS3188S

If you want to check then your LBS should have the Madison catalogue which has a massive table showing all the axle converters for all DT hubs and wheels

If it's got the axle installed, newer hubs model it's just end caps.

Very easy job to be fair, I've some qr caps going spare / free if anyone wants them just pay for postage.
