Has anyone had any experience of just changing the brake lever blade on SRAM DB5, from the diagrams I have seen online it would appear that it is just a case of undoing a bolt holding the pivot rod in place, taking the old one out and sticking the new one in (with the spring etc. in the right place) - the reach adjustment screw has broken on the current lever.
Is it that simple, or will I need to do anything with the piston/reservoir at the lever end? Are there any bits under pressure that will fly off when I take the old lever off?
All the docs I have found online are for a complete overhaul of the entire lever and piston assembly, which I am trying to avoid if possible
Cheers
