Any ideas? anyone done it?

On my 3rd set (99p off Ebay I think), Pull off the end cap, knock out the axle and one side bearing. Knock out the other side with a bit of wood. Press the new ones in with a big socket or something (grease as you see fit). There might be more delicate way of doing it but this works...
