I've got a new Uberbikes Sram GXP BB with the red spacer fitted to the non driveside cup. When it comes to replacing bearings, what's the best method? Is it simply a case of driving them out from the inside edge of each cup, driving out the bearing, spacer and seal all in one go? Then, what about driving in the new bearings? What's the best technique you've found? I have the Hope BB bearing install tool if that helps.
