Off to Cham next week, trying to track down a copy, and have come up a blank. Does anyone know where they are available?

Honestly though, good as it is. When it went to print the publisher/printer didnt take into account the extra thick paper they used when binding it. Consequently as soon as you open it the whole thing falls apart. Its a shame as it is a good book. I took mine to get re-bound, but because the way its made, it isn't possible. Good luck finding one
