Order arrived today from crc
with lots of bits missing
1 item was out of stock fine that was printed on the invoice
all the missing bits had BIO in pen written beside
whats that mean
WAS IT B/O? ....BACK ORDER....
Well it could be but they dont take your money on backordered stuff
and they have on all these items
and looking on the website all items in stock cepting the one that is on back order.
Call them and ask.
In the past I had probes where orders were shipped but items were missing because they were out of stock. Can be annoying. The last couple of times i used them i marked my orders with instructions not to ship unless order is complete.
It means you should wash them in Ariel, rather than Persil, which is non-bio.
I have called to ask
and they said to send a photocopy of the invoice saio nowt about the items being backordered
