part of me thinks its just a script doing it automatically or a typo, but it does seem pretty suspicious

wouldn't "bait" imply something desirable ?

😯 (bleurghh) 😥

The good folk at CRC really are master baiters...

Regardless of the looks, some new shoes for £11 was pretty desirable!

I actually had that happen on a couple of items I was looking at recently on CRC, I just accepted that they were baiting and luring us in. I just went elsewhere. 🙂

Isn't price baiting illegal?

Pretty regular occurrence on CRC, though rarely such a difference.

they'd have to be cheaper than £11.00 for anyone to buy them. 😆

I thought it was part of their business model!, saying that I bet a large percentage of MTB'ers use them. Good prices and service. know for sure many bike shops do and are probably one of their most frequent suppliers.

If said pair was around £60 I'd have said yes, but £11 looks to much like a typo.

They do suffer a lot of typos don't they. In fact, pretty much everything I ever want from their "massive" sales is dirt cheap until I see the particular size I want is discontinued and what they do have in stock is full price.

A scripted typo on out of stock gear that bumps their listing up in Google shopping perhaps? Invariably the cheapest item is out of stock for me when using Google to shop and compare prices. After a while they aren't the first retailer I will try.

Looks like a typo, the other two that are discontinued have the missing zero in their price, but not sure if I can then explain the 169% saving advertised.
