.........is superb!

Ordered some spokes online very late last night and forgot to add the detail on what length I was after, so emailed sales@ saying I wanted specific size
First thing this morning I have received emails to say that I'd forgotten to add the length required, followed by an email offering to work out what length was required if I wasn't sure (i was about 99% sure) and to let them know what hub/rim I was using. Low and behold a response to advise me that 2 different lengths is what they recommended and would amend my order if I wanted.

2 People working on a small order, where I'd made a mistake - thats what I call customer service!

2 parcels in the post this morning - one of item was out of stock when I ordered but obviously arrived after they'd packed the first item.

Brilliant, never had a single problem in over 6 years or so of using them regularly.

maybe the just don't like you GW ๐Ÿ˜€

i couldn't find anywhere to put the 10% discount code. i made my order and then emailed them. they refunded
my 10%.

i needed a hydro hose for a xt front brake yesterday. my closest decent? (not so close) lbs didn't have a front but would sell me a back, more expensive than the front? (i thought i could just by a length of hose, olive, etc) ok i'll pick it up tomorrow. sorry we're not open on wednesdays ๐Ÿ™„

no wonder crc get 99% of my custom!

I was impressed with them... Put through an order and forgot my 10% discount code, so I dropped them an email and they refunded the difference. Definately didn't need to do that. Also dealt with my warranty claim on the mmmbop quickly- I was settling down for weeks of wait, not days.
