I'm organising an informal chaingang as a bit of mid week training for a few friends. 1 mile circuit on an industrial estate after hours.

Varying abilities so simply going all out isn't going to work as not everyone can chase, bridge, attack so it falls apart.

Anyone got any good links to drills or "games". I've got a few but need more.

Started off just doing through and off to get people used to it.
People attacking from the back and trying to stay away for a lap
Pursuit, faster group went off first and tried to make a lap.

Looking for some more ideas. Want to get a good workout myself so would like some options for full gas intervals but equally get people ready for racing with some experience of tactics (chasing, bridging, attacking, following wheels and moving around, knowing when to attack and how to make it stick etc.)
