Just put my bike on my turbo trainer (winter time calls for it), and the lowest cog on the rear derailleur was jumping forward at set times (after every 2 pedal revs). I'm pretty inexperienced at servicing my own bikes so I was wondering if this is a case of the chain being worn out?
