Has anyone bought any of the chain tools off ebay? I was wondering if they worth purchasing?

Have a look at ebay for the old Topeak tools that are end-of-life at very good prices.
I have a Hummer, Alien and Multi-16 with the chaintools and remain impressed how good they are with chains up to 9-speed.
No 10/11 experience.

I'd suggest a chain splitter with a replaceable pin facility (ie I had 2 cheap ones - I now have a Park, as the pins used to flatten and bend on the cheap ones - at least with the Park you can replace the pin but I haven't had to yet)
