Which one out of these. I'm using a SRAM PC1 chain which is wider than my conventional rear mech tensioner. I'm edging towards the cheap gusset one.

NC-17 Stinger looks like a more funky copy of the Rolhoff Tensioner I use and that's the best I've ever used.

I don't rate the single jockey wheel ones.

That gusset batchelor looks just the kiddie..

I bought a surly sprung one when I SS, I hated it, removed the spring, and ground the bolt down so it clamped in place was allways much happier with it after that... The gusset one does similar but is designed to do so, also I rekon the roller might be nicer than the jockey wheel type.

I reserve the right to be entirely wrong. (but I would buy the gusset)

One of the roller ones that clamps with the BB cups might be good too, perhaps keeps it all out of the way when you have to change a puncture, so you might not have to release the tensioner to get the wheel out...

Just my commuter, last week i bought new chain and chainring plus other bits and the chain would not fit through the bloody rear mech so the old chain is still slipping making my commute no fun. This plus the new chain should work. Wish i had just bought off the shelf now rather than try to use an old frame and build it up.
