Ok, running Saint cranks, and e.13 G Ring (on both bikes), no bashguard or whatever. Standard chainring bolts are too long, so want to get the right spacers (currently using huge washers which rub on chain guide).

So looks like theyre available in 0.6, 1.2, and 2.0mm thicknesses, any ideas which I should get? Im thinking just get the thickest, cant really go wrong?

Anyone know where to get em cheaper, or got 8 spare they dont need?

The answer is to measure the gap before your chainring bolts are topped out on the nut

Bit if you are ordering them anyway I'd agree with TJ

or hacksaw the chainring bolts shorter - you've still got hamish's hacksaw haven't you? ๐Ÿ˜›

Sometimes you have to cut both the sleeves and inner bolts, which is a bit of a pain, especially with steel. Short bolts aren't expensive to buy.

(if you've got an old big ring, you could always cut the tabs off that)

Because I already have chainring bolts, and spacers are cheaper than new bolts.
Should I be getting inner or outer spacers?

From Charlie;
""Inner" are for the smaller male half of your chainring bolts

"Middle" are for the larger female half of your chainring bolts"
