It appears that a few of the victims of attempted card fraud at chain reaction a few months back have received vouchers as an apology? Is this the case?
I am struggling to get get any response from them even though a couple of months ago I received a non automated email from a member of staff there.
Just want to know what happened

Also interested in knowing what's going on and if it's safe. My card got 'done' for £3.5k, all declined/refunded but I'm still finding the cancelled card being a hassle!
