Looks like there closed today, (answer machine says so)
It’s Friday?
Anyway sent back a warranty item last wk for a replacement but asked if they could provide the replacement in a larger size. Hopefully so that it wouldn’t fall to bits on me after 2 rides like the smaller version did.
Placed this request in the extra info box as requested, and three times in other places on the document..
they emailed me on Monday to say that they would replace the item, but out of stock in the MED size (the size I originally had)
Called them on Monday to inform them it was the large I required and that according to the web it was in stock. As he then confirmed, and assured me that a large would be dispatched asp.
well today’s is Friday and I’ve had no email regarding dispatch and I’m guessing there still under the assumption I’m waiting for the MED and now I can't even call them to help them put it right.

I found CRC warranty really good. Even refunded 30 euros of postage.
Hope you find the same.
Phone lines & web ordering should all be open today, it'll just be the showroom that's closed I reckon.

i emailed a price request earliera nd they replied
wonder if its just the phone lines that are stuffed?
maybe they don't like you ?
