As title, what's good for getting chain oil out of neon yellow Gore Bike Wear Windstopper Softshell jacket. Normal nixwax tech wash hasn't removed it.
Also interested. Let swmbo borrow mine and she picked up her bike on the drive side. *sobs*
Never came out of my Gore jacket, years ago. White Spirit actually made it slightly better, but only slightly.
Normal baby wipes.
(Not the ones for sensitive skin)
Got motor oil out of the sleeve of my softshell.
I've used washing up liquid sponged onto the area before washing for dirty chain marks. Thing is I suppose you don't want to keep experimenting. Stain Devils?
A further tech wash at 40 degrees has got it to the state where only I will notice the marks (who else will notice them while I'm going past at 20mph on a bike anyway?!?), but I'm not now expecting it to come out as new. Guess that's why people don't tend to wear neon yellow unless to be seen on a road bike! Thanks for the help so far, any other ideas please keep them coming.
