Got my Cotic frame which has the ISCG05 mounts. I ride in the Peaks so was thinking it might be worth making full use of them and protect my chainrings.

Can anyone expand on what I should look for?

How draggy/noisy does it make you with having an extra jocky wheel at the front?

Why do you want one with the extra wheel ?

Why not just go for a silent top guide ?

Can't recall the last time i hit a rock/anything with the rings.

Or OneUp? Can't remember the last time I hit a chainring and the top guide they make works really well.

I ran the one-up and it was cheap but very effective. Only reason i'm not running it now is that i've got a double again on that bike.

As above, get one like the One Up one or MRP AMG which is the same idea- Top guide and bash guard. No need for something with a lower jockey wheel for general riding.
