[#6044411]

looking at changing my drivetrain at the moment, and i'm looking at one of these 40t sprockets, but the details suggest that it'll work with a maximum chain growth of an inch (or 25mm).
i've had a search around to see if i can find what the chain growth is on an Alpine 160 but can find anything, so was wondering if anyone out there knew what it was?
Bike is an Large 2013 (not the brand new shape) model.

If it's anything like a five, it's quite a bit.

Let all the air out of the shock and measure it.

i'm running a coil shock on it, and it's too difficult to do without 3 pairs of hands! 🙁

I just stuck a very rough geometry into linkage X3 software - looks like it will have about 55-65mm chain growth 😯

EDIT: I have also checked the orange 5 they have in the online database and that has 48mm chain growth
