I have asked many bike shop employees without a definitive answer. I now run a 1x10 setup with Middleburn Uno ring and a Shimano 11/36 cassette. What are my chain options? I've heard that the normal old 9 speed chain will work perfectly well, but also that only the Shimano 10 speed chain will work. I'd prefer to use a 10 speed SRAM chain with removable link, but I've heard that won't work either. Help.
