Rock n roll extreme lube - no need for a chain cleaner, never mind having to clean the bloody thing.

Remove quick link
Chuck in clip top kitchen box with manky old citrus cleaner, shake for 30 seconds
Rinse in sink, wipe and hang to dry in kitchen
When dry, apply Squirt to each link
Turn over and repeat
Refit and ride

Sound a pain but actually quick and easy - each step is minutes and can be done whilst boiling the kettle for a brew

Looking forward to trying rock n roll again. Still have half a tube of muc off C3 ceramic wet which is fine in these very wet conditions - clean chain at end of ride !
