Am after a new bb and does the stw massive think that ceramic bbs are worth the extra cost against stanard bbs in terms of longer lasting and less drag etc thanks

i have a hope 1 thats nearly 3 yrs old and still runs sweet, and a new acros ceramic in my newer bike, also runs very nicely, i also have a steel chris king bb and that developed a click after 2nd ride, i wont be using it again, and i generally really rate chris king products. Go for the ceramic.
