Do you use the same lockring to install centrelock rotors as used when changing the rear cassette...or is it yet another tool required?

Ok, tried that. No problem with the front wheel, rear wheel the lockring doesnt reach the rotor due the axle being in the way...how do i get around that?

Some of the tools have longer recess than the others so they can go over the rear axle - this happened with me - one of my tools would do it the other would not

It's a standard cassette removal tool for Shimano cassettes - Park call it the FR-5. There are however different variations on a theme, some are slightly longer or have a wider hole in the middle etc to allow them to fit over axles. Same spline size etc, just a different body to the tool and it's really annoying when one doesn't work!
