Has anyone been using CBD oil for after training? I have been using it for around 6 months now and I have to see my recovery has definitely improved.

My dad was talking about this tonight, I would be interested in brands/where to purchase.

The CBD oils available in the Uk are at low concentrations and won’t achieve anything.

In fairness, I don't think there are any proven benefits of it, and 5ml of 5% oil is just as good as 10ml of 2.5%, all that talk of it needing to be a certain concentration or it's useless is poppycock IMHO.

Personally I saw no benefit at all, but some of my friends did, I get much better results with Fish oil capsules which are cheap and can be bought from pretty much any supermarket.

I have tried fish oils but definitely no where near the benefit I am getting from CBD. Did you try full spectrum cbd oil (the cbd isolate stuff is crap) or any of the creams?

You can get 20% CDB oils, full spectrum from lots of places in the UK.

HonestCDB is the cheapest, quality supplier I've found.

HippieTurtle is very decent quality, but expensive.

I tried it, it cost a fortune and on advice from others simply tried ibiprifen tablets after longer Zwift/ url rides and it's so much better.

For a start it actually works.

Why does it cost so much?

It's available otc here( CBD oil) But no one is actually supplying it yet. The law was changed but the tga haven't so far endorsed anything. We have a company here called LGP who produce oils with cdb thc or cbd/thc and some gps will provide it via special access but it's $400 for a consult, the same for a script and 150 + per bottle

Have a look at the maps studies and research.

I use la brand called love CBD, it works well for me.

I sleep better, don’t ache as much after rides and it also helps with muscle aches during rides.

if you have a blue light discount card you get a big discount.
