*raises eyebrow*
I thought he was there for the ominium, and possibly the Team Pursuit?
just checked, he'll still ride the ominum. Team Pursuit was only ever an option and I thought an outside one at that
Thought the plan was to have him maybe ride in some of the qualification rounds of the TP if they wanted to rest one of the squad. Not sure what he means by Brad wanting all the glory. Would he get a medal if GB won one and he'd ridden in a qualification round? Is he suggesting Brad doesn't want him on the podium with them if they win a medal? ๐
All very odd. Still it's Sky News so probably a load of bollocks.
what proportion of "live" broadcasting online is:
1) useless?
2) lazy second hand re-tweets or vox-pops?
3) the truth?

What proportion of instant-me-me-me-I-heard-this-must-tell-everyone-now threads on STW are more of this exact same noise?
No idea what the plan was/is, but I keep getting the impression that other riders don't like Wiggins very much. GT's comments after Froome's first TdF (he was asked to compare CF and BW) were where I first noticed it. Very diplomatic from GT but you got the feeling he knew who he liked more as a team leader.
The only "news" here is the report of Cav's supposed comments. He was always a sub for the TP. Though I'm sure I read a report with the management suggesting he might get a ride in round 1 depending on how the qualifying went.
