Something is wrong. Spent a tad under 4.5 hours riding to and from Woburn and saw just two mountainbikers (I assume) but about 15/20 guys I know are roadmen. What gives?
Or is that what happens when you ride from 8.15?
Or maybe the Audis aren't to good in this weather.

They want someone who doesn't constantly whitter on about vo2 max and zone 3 training whilst on the job
It's hard work, but someone has to do it
