I am looking at some sort of Rack to carry bikes in the back of a long wheelbase T5 something that does not need the front wheel taking off would be great. Any ideas ????

Thanks

Assume you are talking lengthwise?

Somewhere on STW is a very neat rack made for the inside of a van. Built from pvc pipe, looked really sturdy. Hopefully this bumps someones memory... I can't find the thread I am afraid...

That looks a really clever but simple idea!

(goes off to Autotrader to search for "Redneck Pickup Truck")

Uh? .it's a van and they're just bikes! just chuck them in leant agaist the side (bunjee the last one to the side if you're worried about them moving around too much.)

I did an uplift with the guys at Coolbus.co.uk recently, they have a Caravelle with a wee rack in the back, they bought it off the shelf from a bike shop, and it just fitted perfectly, no mods needed. Don't know the brand.

I have an swb kombi. Single rear seat removed. 2 bikes bungee against the double seat, another wedged at an angle. Quick, easy, cheap, secure, and nothing to get in the way for other uses.

lean mine against the side and then luggage strap round each end to the luggage eyes on the floor.
