As above really. Anyone been up? How is it for ice just now?

Mugdock was VERY icy yesterday (forgot my shorts and helmet so on foot!).

I drove up from the otherside but didn't go up as far as Fintry today- a fair bit of ice by the road, so I suspect CV might be dodgy..

Hmmm. Might need an alternative plan for tomorrow then. Mugdoch was the backup cos don't have time to travel too far, but if that's bad too, then another venue is in order.

Mugdock should be ok- passed a few bikers and they seemed to be managing ok, a few sections will be sketchy though!

Mugdocks main paths have been bad all week with thick ice, we're heading out towards Dumgoyne and upbhind the distillery tomorrow which is usually a good wee winter run, so hopefully the paths will have thawed a little today...

Ended up at Mugdock today. Main paths were still pretty lethal in places, but mostly they're not too bad. Got in a few section of single track, pretty slick with the mud, but the bike was due a good coat of it. ๐Ÿ™‚
